Homes being sold must:

Be in good condition, the owner’s primary residence, have recent comps, have an estimated list price under 1M (3M in SoCal & Seattle), e a single family, townhouse, or condo (no condos in FL & IL)

Must NOT:

Require major repairs, have unpermitted additions, back to railroads or busy roads, be located in 55+ communities, or be a mobile or manufactured home.
