Agent FAQ

At Easy Street, we are pleased to work with listing agents to simplify your client’s home selling process. Simply visit our website at Easystreetoffers.com/agents to request an offer for your client. We recommend requesting an offer before listing the property on the MLS for a more attractive price.

As an agent working with Easy Street Offers, your compensation will be determined by the terms of the agreement you have with your client. As a seller representative, you are responsible for discussing commissions and percentages with your client before seeking offers from our partners or buyers.

Yes, you can still submit your client’s property even if it is already listed on the MLS. However, we would like to note that off-market deals tend to attract more competitive offers from our group of buyers. This is because off-market properties are not widely available, which makes them more desirable and allows for greater flexibility in pricing. We encourage you to submit your client’s property for a free offer on our website and our team will work with you to determine the best course of action for your client.

While there is always room for negotiations, it’s important to keep in mind that our offers are based on extensive market research and are typically very competitive. However, if you do receive an offer from us and would like to negotiate, we are open to discussing potential counter offers. Please note that our buyers may not always be able to honor all counters, but we will do our best to find a solution that works for everyone involved.

We fully understand and appreciate the important role of agents like you in an ever-changing real estate industry. Our commitment to a white-label process means that we respect your relationship with your clients and will not attempt to poach or steal them from you. We also offer other services to help you maximize your options as an agent, to allow you to maintain your brand and control the client experience. With our technology and resources, you can offer your clients the best solutions while maintaining your brand and control over their experience.
