  • Sellers that have a quick timeline to sell: Sundae’s quick offer turnaround and highly motivated buyers make us a great option when your client needs to move quickly, but we can also work with a longer timeline (close in as little as 10 days or up to 60 days). Clients with longer timelines to sell are not a good fit for Sundae.
  • Properties must be within one of Sundae’s 11 markets
  • Properties that have been sitting on the market: Sundae can get your client’s property in front of a new set of buyers that aren’t necessarily looking at the MLS and bring your client multiple cash offers in as little as 3 days.
